Gray Kitty Day

We Mom whipped up an amazing breakfast for us this morning and then we all enjoyed a “walk around the block” for a little exercise.

We actually did the extended walk going all the way from London to Culbertson and made a quick stop to visit my Aunt who lives in my Grandparents house. She has a cute gray kitty and I couldn’t resist taking a picture for my fellow cat lovers.

We decided to go for a drive and do a little exploring so we headed over to Dufer Oregon on highway 44. Once we emerged from the forest there were wheat fields, cherry orchards, and vineyards for miles. We had a lovely lunch and walk around The Dalles, with a stop at Klindt’s bookstore. We also went to The Dalles art center where mom has some paintings on display. They also had a very cute gray cat.
Dad treated us to a lovely dinner out in Hood River and we capped off the day with a slice of mom’s fresh Peach pie- with ice cream of course.
